Delivery

Nairobi & Its Environs Orders

We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi and Environs with Pay on Delivery
Next-day delivery (within 24hrs) to outside Nairobi Paid Orders.

Orders Outside Nairobi & Kiambu counties
We have two payment options:

Option 1: Make full payment, the order will be processed and dispatched the same day via a preferred matatu/parcel service, G4S Wells Fargo or SPEEDAF.
(Turnaround time: this option offers a much faster delivery time- within 24hrs )

Option 2: Make a payment of Ksh 300, in advance and pay the balance on delivery of your order from our Main Courier service SPEEDAF LOGISTICS . E.g. for an order of Ksh 1950, you pay 300 in advance, and 1650 on collection (order will be delivered to your doorstep)
(Turnaround time : This option may take more time than option one, typically – 24 -72hrs depending on your location)

NOTE: The Reason for Charging Delivery Fee for Pay on Delivery is to Keep Off Clients Who Order Products, Request pay on Delivery and End Up Changing Their Minds Leaving us Nagging them to go Pick Products.

SPEEDAF parcel collection policy

Parcel will be with Speedaf Logistics for Four Days and If Not Collected or In case you are not Available for delivery, It gets Returned the fifth Day. However, before its Returned, our logistics Team will call you for a Follow Up.
